About The Position

In this exciting remote role, you’ll develop and support our CRM platform by designing, building and maintaining workflows and custom reports/views in the Smartsheet tool. Our client-facing service organization uses a customized Smartsheet build to support and interact with our clients and gain operational efficiencies. We are seeking the right candidate to work with our service and internal teams to evolve the application to fit our dynamic service model and product portfolio. If you have experience building/designing/maintaining complex custom builds in Excel or similar tools, this will be an excellent career step and opportunity to broaden your skills in the widely-used Smartsheet platform!

Requirements

  • Advanced experience and skill in designing, developing and maintaining custom solutions in the Smartsheet or similar (Excel etc.) application.
  • Ability to innovate creative solutions when presented with business problems and process opportunities.
  • Systems and design thinking proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
  • Ability to accept feedback and apply it to future iterations and design functionality.
  • Self-driven life-long learner focused on advancing personal skills and abilities.
  • Strong Microsoft office app skills.
  • Ability to work successfully independently and in a team setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in a relevant field

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in skill designing and building solutions in Hubspot
  • Preferred experience in designing and developing integrations between systems.
  • Smartsheet or advanced Excel certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with our Process Manager, design, create, test, and support our systems used in client-facing operations activity and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Business Unit colleagues to architect, build and deploy effective solutions.
  • Maintain systems in accordance with end user requirements and needs.
  • Learn new technologies in the company’s CRM technology stack.
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, developments, and best practices.
