Summary Assists in developing and maintaining inventory for the various hospital sites. Receives, ships, and delivers material to and from Hospital sites. Maintains adequate inventory at the storage locations at the various sites. Job Duties Prepares outgoing shipments and schedules logistics for efficient delivery to all network facilities. Receives incoming shipments to inventory. Updates database for incoming and outgoing products to maintain accurate inventory and location of assets. Reviews the flow of supplies and equipment to maintain productive operations. Analyzes inventory maintenance and develops protocols for loss mitigation. Assists in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse facility. Maintains current inventory catalog of warehouse storage locations of equipment. Recognizes and alerts management of equipment, facility or inventory issues and potential problems. Maintains warehouse equipment following manufacturer and OSHA guidelines. Tracks and documents devices identified for disposal. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
2 years progressive experience in a warehouse or inventory role.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data.
Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
Knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications.
Good organizational skills.
Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.
Must be able to visit multiple business and education locations. (Dependent on employment location)
DL - Driver's License_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
