In this highly visible and impactful role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing a culture of collaboration and learning throughout the global technology organization. You will be engaging with technologist at all levels and locations of the organization to help enhance our engagement and enablement programs. Onboarding: As a scaling organization, onboarding is key to helping new joiners understand the Technology department and value to the firm. Today, we facilitate a global technology onboarding program for all new technologists that gives them insight into how Millennium operates, and the technologies we’ve built. Collaboration: There are numerous projects and objectives ongoing within Technology, and it’s important for others to be aware of projects and tools throughout the organization. Today, we have multiple forums where technologists can present their work and learn about other initiatives across the department.
