About The Position

Technology Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Morristown, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Architecture Associate Manager in Morristown, NJ, and the job duties are as follows: Assess, design, implement and/or support world-class information technology architectures for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs. Conduct architectural assessments and define solutions for moderately complex problems. Design, build, deliver and run the engagement's, platform's and/or product's required architecture (i.e. development, operations, execution, data, application, etc.). Provide the work's technical conscience, defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Provide architecture Quality Assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements. Support the technology team by solutioning and estimating for proposals, planning, and pricing.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Implementing cloud platforms and architecture in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud;
  • Collaborating across Solution Architecture, Engineering, Sales and Development teams;
  • Implementing regulatory compliance standards including MARS-E or HDS, and HIPAA or SOC 2;
  • Designing and implementing networking architecture across various cloud providers;
  • Managing operating systems and cloud-based infrastructure services including Kubernetes;
  • Implementing data platforms solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, Informatica, Talend and Databricks or Snowflake;
  • Automating infrastructure utilizing Terraform and AWS CloudFormation or Ansible;
  • Utilizing scripting languages including Python and Bash or PowerShell;
  • Suggesting improvements on ongoing performance issues.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
