The Role: We are seeking new talent to join a project for a company specializing in retail technology products and services that delivers innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities: As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. You will define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role, including expert proficiency in Agile Program Management, Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation, Agile Testing, and Application Modernization. Develop and refine architectural frameworks that align with business goals and technical requirements. Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance platform capabilities. Support team members by sharing expertise and guiding technical problem-solving efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
