The Technology & Operations Intern will play a key role in managing our volunteer database, enhancing volunteer engagement systems, and supporting key resources to ensure efficient operations and an exceptional experience for our volunteers. This position is ideal for a creative, organized, and self-starting undergraduate or graduate student interested in technology, data management, and nonprofit operations. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience with Salesforce, develop your project management skills, and collaborate with teams throughout the organization to strengthen volunteer engagement efforts and provide valuable support. This paid internship has an anticipated start date of Summer 2026, with the possibility of extending additional semesters. The internship requires a commitment of 40 hours per week during the summer and a minimum of 10 to 15 hours each week during the semester. This position can be done remotely or from AARP’s National Office in Washington, DC. This can be a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere in the United States and its territories.
