About The Position

The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is a two-year, early career development experience designed to accelerate your growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a specific technology track, analysts gain hands-on experience, build technical and professional skills, and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. Role options and responsibilities Application Development / Software Engineering: Support coding, testing, and quality checks; participate in code reviews. Collaborate with senior teammates on development work and deliverables. Document processes and contribute ideas to improve solutions. Monitor network and system activity for anomalies and potential risks. Data Analyst: Assist with data collection, cleaning, analysis, and ongoing documentation. Support development of algorithms/models and creation of visualizations. Contribute to data governance and quality assurance activities. Quality Assurance (QA) Testing: Plan and design complex testing scripts that ensure the quality of our software solutions. Script, execute, debug, and report results of testing processes. Use curiosity and research to create new tools and testing procedures. Learn and apply emerging technologies in Mobile Payments, Cloud Computing, Information Security, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and Converging Markets.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or other Technology Degrees
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
  • All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with software development technologies such as Java, JavaScript/ReactJS, Python/R/SQL, .NET/C#/C/C++, and environments like Oracle and Linux.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI and/or Tableau).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
