Job Title Analyst Program I - Financial Crimes Compliance (Berkeley Heights, NJ) 2026 Corporate Analyst Program The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two-year early career development experience designed to accelerate growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a designated business track, analysts gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. What does a successful Compliance Analyst do at Fiserv? As a successful Compliance Analyst (Financial Crimes Compliance – Investigations), you will support the reviews and investigations related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti‑money laundering (AML), fraud, and other financial crime risks. This early‑career role is part of Fiserv’s Analyst Program and offers hands‑on experience, training, and mentorship while supporting the protection of Fiserv, its clients, and the financial system.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in December 2024 or after in Finance, Accounting, Business, Criminal Justice, Economics, Data Analytics.
  • 3.0+ GPA.
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
  • Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
  • This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
  • All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience in financial services, compliance, risk, or fraud.
  • Coursework or exposure to AML, BSA, or financial regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support investigations of potentially suspicious activity using internal systems, research tools, and established procedures.
  • Review transactional activity to identify potential financial crime risks and red flags.
  • Assist with client onboarding and periodic reviews for higher‑risk clients.
  • Document investigative steps and findings accurately to support case quality and audit readiness.
  • Manage assigned case work and meet service level and quality expectations.
  • Analyze basic data and reports to support investigative decisions and process improvements.
  • Learn and apply Financial Crimes Compliance policies, procedures, and recordkeeping requirements.
