Requirements

7+ years of experience in telecoms/managed services, in areas like Product Management or Sales.
Knowledge of managed networking, security, and computing markets including SD-WAN and Cloud Security.
Experience engaging with C-suite contacts in global enterprises.
Experience delivering technical training to sales organizations.

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, CISM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate technology adoption by current and new customers.
Act as an evangelist for products and services internally and externally.
Support upskilling of customer-facing teams with new technologies.
Provide product and sales support in growth areas like Envision, Managed Security, and SD-WAN.
Collaborate with sales teams on strategic customer and partnership opportunities.
Meet with key customers and partners to discuss product strategy.
Contribute to product strategy to meet business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback.
