Here, you will make an impact by: Leadership. Initiates, identifies, recommends, and oversees programs in the manufacturing area of responsibility to improve: 1) product cost, service, and quality, and/or (2) process safety and health/environmental impact. History of independently solving technical problems in area of responsibility. Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility. Record of scientifically sound written and oral communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 years of controls experience in a manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of controls experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• Engineering Degree (Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls)
• Skills include… PLC programming, code development, controls, HMI development, databases
