Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance or a technical field (required).
  • Technical skills across multiple disciplines, with strong proficiency or expertise in at least one area.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and expand your technical knowledge.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Self-motivation and a strong commitment to getting the job done correctly and safely.
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain attractions, exhibits, and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Perform repairs and general maintenance across multiple technical areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Respond to technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Complete routine and preventive maintenance to support long-term attraction performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system issues using tools, documentation, and technical expertise.
  • Support installation, adjustment, and upkeep of attraction components and interactives.
  • Accurately document inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to a growth-focused team culture by continuously learning and building new technical skills.
  • Maintain a professional, positive presence while working in guest-facing environments.
