The Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position primarily responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to guests through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and by consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality. Technicians are paid through a flat-rate, performance-based system designed to reward skill and efficiency, allowing them to maximize earnings through expertise and hard work.
