The Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position requires delivering exceptional 5-star service to guests, effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
