We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to join our team in the Little Rock area. As a vital member of our team, you will be an important asset in the growth, management, profitability, and overall success of the production and distribution departments. Success in this role starts with approaching every day with a high-performance-motivated mindset. Proven experience in CRM, rapid rapport building with new and existing customers, experience in regional expansions and aggressive self-lead generation are the building blocks supporting the hard driving performance foundation. Travel will be required at least 75% of the time. Occasional overnight stay, depending on the business growth opportunities.
