The Technician Production Operations is responsible for but not limited to; following work instructions and company SOP/policy and procedures, preparing production modules, maintaining takt cycles (yamazumi), 5S, upholding Quality standards, achieving Productivity, meeting Delivery goals, and adhering to Compliance/Safety policies. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the DXI9000, Falcon located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Participate in Kaizen, company sponsored events and activities Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; 2+ years experience
  • Be capable of understanding and follow written work instructions and read blue prints
  • Be able to sit as well as stand for long period of time
  • Must understand basic use of hand tools and basic use of computers
  • Ability to travel – 0% travel
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lbs or more
