O2- Technician, Operations We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our buffer preparation team within the Media and Solution Sciences (MSS) group, as part of the larger Biologics Process Research and Development (BPR&D) organization. The position will provide an opportunity for learning and development in a professional lab setting, contributing to development and commercialization of our company's life-saving biologics therapeutics. The primary responsibility for this position will be the support of the solution preparation team. The ideal candidate should have experience with small scale and/or large-scale bioprocess equipment, including stainless steel and single use mixing tanks, sterile filtration, aseptic technique, be able to work well with others, and communicate effectively both written and orally. Candidate may be requested to work during non-business hours/days to support production activities. Candidate will participate in a range of activities including, but not limited to: Actively engage in the preparation of solutions to support bench and pilot scale operations. Works collaboratively with all operations personnel, performing manual and automated processes. Employs good housekeeping and maintains a clean room to prevent contamination and ensure integrity of production. Documentation of batches within an electronic laboratory notebook (Signals). Participate in scheduling discussions within the operations team. Track and document chemical/buffer usage and maintain accurate inventory. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position with 2+ years of work experience. Required Experience and Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional team environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Preferred Experience and Skills: Experience with laboratory experimentation and documentation. Experience working with stainless steel mixing tanks and single use mixers (SUMs) is a plus. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Suite with proficiency in Power App, Power BI, Word, and Excel. #PRD #MSJR The salary range for this role is: $55,900 - $88,100 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
