In this hands-on role, you will support the production, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced medical generator products, including VLFT10GEN and VLFX8GEN models. You will work closely with cross-functional manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure product quality, equipment reliability, and smooth production flow. Requirements

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational or technical education in electronics and mechanical fields
  • Foundational knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, including components, assemblies, or basic circuitry
  • Basic computer skills and experience with documentation or manufacturing software
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and demonstrate a strong focus on quality and safety

Responsibilities

  • Analyze test results from equipment that do not meet performance specifications and systematically troubleshoot to identify root causes.
  • Operate generator testing machines and related production equipment; conduct functional tests and document results in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform routine diagnostics, calibration, alignment checks, adjustments, and component replacements to ensure testing equipment accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform assigned duties on the production line, including assembly and rework activities, to support manufacturing schedules and quality requirements.
  • Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

  • Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$44,000.00 - $66,000.00
  • This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
  • The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
  • Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
