We recognize your extraordinary potential to ensure future generations live better, healthier lives. We are seeking a Technician I to join our manufacturing operations team in Boulder, Colorado. In this hands-on role, you will support the production, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced medical generator products, including VLFT10GEN and VLFX8GEN models. You will work closely with cross-functional manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure product quality, equipment reliability, and smooth production flow.

Requirements

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational or technical education in electronics and mechanical fields
  • Foundational knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, including components, assemblies, or basic circuitry
  • Basic computer skills and experience with documentation or manufacturing software
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and demonstrate a strong focus on quality and safety

Responsibilities

  • Analyze test results from equipment that do not meet performance specifications and systematically troubleshoot to identify root causes.
  • Operate generator testing machines and related production equipment; conduct functional tests and document results in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform routine diagnostics, calibration, alignment checks, adjustments, and component replacements to ensure testing equipment accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform assigned duties on the production line, including assembly and rework activities, to support manufacturing schedules and quality requirements.
  • Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
