Job Description: Microchip's Yield Enhancement Team has an opening for a Yield Engineering Technician in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Support yield engineering daily disposition of material on hold Support engineering experiment analysis needs Assist in tracking discrepant material throughout various manufacturing locations Work with and provide support for probe production floor as needed Follow procedures and instructions Able to contribute as a reliable and effective team member with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technician experience preferred
  • Familiar with electronic fundamentals and analytical skills
  • Work experience in manufacturing environment
  • Team player
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of computers and basic software such as MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills

  • Support yield engineering daily disposition of material on hold
