PuroClean Hawaii is hiring Technician Assistants to support our 24-hour emergency property damage restoration team, responding to water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses across Oʻahu. No experience required — paid training provided. What We Do PuroClean is more than just water mitigation. We specialize in full property damage restoration, including: - Water damage & flooding - Fire & smoke damage - Mold remediation - Biohazard & trauma cleanup We are a 24-hour emergency response company, which means some nights, weekends, and on-call rotations are required — on-call schedules are posted one month in advance. Pay, Training & Career Growth - $18/hr during paid training (4–6 weeks) - Training includes hands-on field work and classroom learning - Paid IICRC Certifications (required for this career field) Career Path (Fast Advancement): - Technician Assistant → Technician in 4–6 months - Technician → Lead Technician within ~12 months - Supervisor opportunity within ~3 years Promotions include pay increases and bonus eligibility.
