This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are seeking a skilled Technician in Integration Engineering who will leverage their technical expertise and leadership to ensure safe and efficient human spaceflight. This role involves setting up production areas, operating precision tools, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to support our mission of safe space exploration. Position Specific Details: Shift: Friday-Sunday (6pm – 6:30am), Location: Space Coast, FL, Relocation: Available Team Focus & Domain Expertise: The Test team at Blue Origin plays a pivotal role in advancing the efficiency and reliability of aerospace components through cutting-edge testing techniques. As a technician on this team, you will engage in component testing as well as structural testing using various methods and operate specialized equipment such as torque wrenches, particle counters, and mass spectrometers. Your expertise will be needed for complex test set ups that require multiple skills and processes like torque, safety wire, cable/harness routing, strain gauge installation, application of lubricants, thermocouple installation, accelerometers, and basic fabrication practices. Through your work, adherence to standard practices and procedures will ensure high-quality testing results.
