Requirements

• Passion for powersports and a desire to pursue a career as a technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Master Level Technician to learn and perform basic repairs and diagnostics on various powersports vehicles including motorcycles, side by sides, ATV’s, PWC, and more.
• Gain exposure to all the biggest manufacturers in the powersports industry.
• Follow a structured training program designed to accelerate your learning curve and build proficiency as a technician.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
