Learn more at www.pavion.com Primary Responsibilities: Actively participate in on-the-job training under the guidance of a Licensed Electrician Associate (LEA), completing all assigned tasks and learning objectives. Assist in identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting electrical issues and equipment malfunctions. Support the testing of electrical and security systems to verify proper installation and functionality. Conduct inspections of electrical systems to assess the need for maintenance or repairs. Install electrical conduit and pull low-voltage cabling in accordance with project specifications. Perform trim-out of security devices, ensuring proper placement and connectivity. Replace or repair conduit and wiring as needed to maintain system integrity and safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with a willingness to follow instructions and take direction from experienced team members
  • Foundational technical skills and a basic understanding of electrical systems and the electrician trade
  • Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexibility to travel to job sites and stay overnight when required
