Troubleshooting and implementing preventive maintenance procedures will be key aspects of the role. Shift Lead: Responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating team members, maintaining workflow, and supporting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
