Overview: We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician 4 to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance knowledge in the Photo Area, with specific experience on ASML / 100, TEL Act 8 coaters/developers, Ultra Tech Steppers, SVG Aligners, and Semix/TOK SOG equipment. Candidates with 5+ years of maintenance experience and willingness to learn other areas of the Fab will be considered.

Requirements

  • Ideally 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor or similar environment.
  • Maintenance knowledge in the Photo Area ; preferred experience with: ASML / 100 TEL Act 8 coaters/developers Ultra Tech Steppers SVG Aligners Semix/TOK SOG
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and vendor-specific software.
  • Strong troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • DHS background check required.
  • Standing/walking for up to 12 hours per shift .
  • Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs .
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights (ladders, stools, etc.).
  • Exposure to warm or cold environments.
  • Strong manual dexterity required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and modification of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Handle toxic and inert gases, including cylinders, delivery lines, and valve manifolds.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation; update specifications as needed.
  • Interface with equipment engineers, vendors, and control panels.
  • Work occasionally alone for extended periods in a cleanroom environment.
