We are seeking a Specialist Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and high-quality product documentation. This role works closely with cross functional product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user focused, accessible content that supports customer success and product adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating technical or product documentation.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user focused content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain high quality product documentation that is clear, concise, and user centred.
• Partner closely with product teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and ensure accuracy.
• Manage documentation projects from planning through delivery, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Ensure all content adheres to established quality, style, and documentation standards.
• Review, edit, and refine documentation to maintain consistency, clarity, and usability.
• Incorporate user feedback and stakeholder input to continuously improve documentation and information design.
• Collaborate across teams to align documentation with product updates and releases.
