About The Position
The Technical Writer is part of the larger product operations’ technical writing team and is responsible for the content and the accuracy of technical documentation and instructional material related to software payment products, functions, and capabilities in a digital environment. The role involves collaborating with an Agile team to create end user product documentation, adhering to U.S. Bank Shield Content Design standards, and writing clear and concise instructional and payment API documentation for customer integration partners and external developer audiences. The Technical Writer will work closely with product, UX, developers, quality assurance, and solutions engineers to shape the entirety of the product and digital experience.
