Requirements

• Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
• A High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of technical writing experience OR An Associate's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, plus two (2) years of experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage all operational documentation - user guides, manuals, technical publications, and a central documentation library.
• Gather technical information from subject‑matter experts and developers, then write clear, grammatically‑sound technical copy for a variety of audiences and deliverables (reports, briefings, training material).
• Produce and maintain documentation throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial design through final release and ongoing revisions.
• Utilize MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and other authoring tools to format, layout, and design polished, user‑friendly documents.
• Collaborate with developers and cross to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of all documentation and training assets.
