The Technical Writer performs foundational documentation tasks in support of technical teams, program requirements, and internal business operations. This position supports the creation, formatting, and revision of user guides, standard operating procedures, training materials, meeting minutes, and technical documentation. This role works under close supervision and follows established documentation guidelines and templates. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.
