Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
- 3 years of related work experience developing technical training material
- Collaborate with technical staff, training staff and management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and a shared vision.
Responsibilities
- Research and compiles technical data from diverse sources.
- Drafts, edits, and maintains technical manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, user documentation, and reports.
- Reviews content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Works closely with program staff, SMEs, engineers, and analysts to translate complex technical information into understandable language.
