We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team and play a key role in documenting and communicating how our software features work and the value they bring to customers. This role will produce clear, accurate, and engaging documentation for internal operators, support teams, and internal marketing. The Technical Writer will also prepare training content to enable configuration and use of features, supporting both internal adoption and client-facing marketing materials.

  • Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, release notes, training content, and internal process documentation.
  • Translate complex product and technical details into clear, concise, and customer-oriented documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, support, and marketing to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Support internal marketing by creating technical descriptions and feature-benefit content that can be adapted for client-facing use.
  • Prepare training documents and enablement materials that guide operators in configuring and using software features.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with company standards for clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Continuously update materials in line with product enhancements, new feature launches, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to documentation strategy, structure, and tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Proven track record as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, preferably within a BPO or software-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience producing a variety of documentation formats, including guides, manuals, release notes, and training materials.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, support, marketing).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating visual aids, diagrams, and flowcharts to supplement written documentation.
  • Experience with training content creation (presentations, videos, or video scripts).
  • Ability to contribute to documentation process improvements and best practices.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
