About The Position
The Technical Writer supports development of clear, standardized documentation to enable consistent execution, governance, and sustainment of CPIC, PMO, and automation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, guides, checklists, and templates
- Draft and refine governance-ready and executive-facing narratives, summaries, and briefing materials
- Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, accessible, and aligned with client standards
- Support knowledge transfer, transition documentation, and sustainment activities
