Supporting the FCC Army and Joint Concept Division, this position requires an applicant who is a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads and adjust priorities based on new guidance. Must be comfortable in fluid task environments and frequent engagement with Army/Joint/DoD senior leaders. Tech Editor: Upon request, write, edit and rephrase concept documents and turn them into outputs for internal and external audiences. Must proofread draft documents and product deliverables to ensure they are grammatically correct and follow Army writing standards in accordance with AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence. Prepare and edit visualization products in coordination with the government Army Operating Concept (AOC) Writing Team; Conduct Literature Research, Analysis, and Synthesis to discover, analyze, and synopsize literature that is relevant to the development of new concepts. Research literature includes strategic guidance; potential adversaries and threat descriptions and analyses; Future Operating Environment descriptions, final reports, and recommendations from past wargames, studies, analyses, experiments, tests and reports on emerging technologies; and Joint and Sister Service concepts.
