We are looking for a Technical Writer, Developer Documentation to take ownership of our public developer-facing content, including API documentation, integration guides, and technical articles. This role requires both technical writing expertise and a deep understanding of the developer experience to ensure our documentation is clear, comprehensive, and developer-friendly. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and developer experience teams to create resources that enable customers to successfully integrate with Maxio via APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks. Ideal candidates will have a technical background and experience working with APIs, SDKs, and programming languages like Ruby and Python.
