About The Position
The Technical Writer will support manufacturing and packaging operations by conducting investigations related to product quality complaints and assisting in cross-functional investigations for various quality events. The role involves ensuring timely closure of quality management records, participating in reviews, and representing operations in meetings. The Technical Writer will also work with process owners to implement procedural documentation and improve key performance indicators for the manufacturing and packaging departments.
