SAIC is seeking an experienced Technical Training Instructor on a training program for technical research, development, and engineering by providing instructional expertise to newly developed courses. This position requires an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Initially the instructor will support the occupational onboarding course that will be approximately two weeks long and will run approximately four times per year, and longer term will include other courses as the occupational curriculum expands. The training may include blended and distance learning solutions, along with asynchronous and synchronous approaches to training. Help carry out training evaluations, and support creation of a variety of training products such as guides, handbooks, and job aids. The training will emphasize student-centered, experiential learning that requires strong facilitation skills. Assist with asserting student performance, monitor progress and provide feedback. Assist the training team with course reviews and modifications between course runnings.
