About The Position

BRP is looking for a Technical Training Instructor Trainee to join its Global Dealer Learning and Development Team (DL&L Team). As a key business function of the leading Powersports OEM and brand, the DL&L Team is determined to transform the Organization's training landscape and curate a best in-class learning experience for our global dealer network. Working closely with the Team's seasoned Technical Training Instructors, the Technical Training Instructor Trainee will be responsible to assist with and co-deliver ILT (Instructor Led Training) classes to dealers and distributors. You will find yourself wearing a few hats: ILT classes delivery, BRP training school upkeep, training stations and assets maintenance, LMS assist, technical training content development when needed, etc. BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM Here at BRP, we're creating new ways to get people moving forward, where their experiences are measured by emotion rather than distance. Requirements

  • Graduated or enrolled in an automotive or powersports mechanics vocational training program
  • Proven track record of delivering technical ILT class is a strong asset
  • Experience working in a technical training environment is a strong asset
  • Experience in utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) is a strong asset
  • Excellent English written and verbal competence is required
  • Required to work onsite in Sturtevant, WI 5 days a week.

  • Efficient in utilizing MS and Google suite applications is a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical instructor-led training classes (all product lines, EV included)
  • Own and continuously optimize dealers' instructor-led training experience
  • Own the upkeep of your training facility
  • Support the Training Operations Coordinator with training asset lifecycle management, including vehicles, training stations, parts, tools etc.
  • Track school requirements (equipment, tools and supplies) and assure needs fulfillment.
  • Support basic administrative elements of training delivery (documentation, surveys, purchase orders, attendance keeping, etc.)
  • Attend students (dealer technicians) needs before and during training execution.
  • Support the LMS Product Owner in instructor-led training related activities as needed
  • Stay abreast with product news
