TECHNICAL TRAINING ENGINEER (Starship) A Technical Training Engineer is driven by a belief that education, knowledge, and proficiency are fundamental to mission reliability for the world’s most advanced rockets, which includes our next generation Starship vehicle, a fully reusable spacecraft capable of carrying humans to Mars and beyond. The Technical Training Engineer acts on this belief with a strong sense of urgency, creativity, and resourcefulness in a hands-on environment to guide existing and developing training initiatives that enable the reliable execution of critical skills. Ideal candidates bring applicable engineering and industry experience. They are armed with adaptable communication skills and innovative problem-solving abilities. They must be able to thrive in a hands-on environment and will spend time in the office, on the factory floor, and in the lab to execute on the mission to make humankind a multi-planetary species.
