Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? What You Will Do: Plan, create, coordinate, and deliver highly customized product training programs for each type of inspection performed at CEC. This position will also support and perform / deliver other training, such as, but not limited to CEC Systems training, FOD, SUPS, New Hire training, Engine Familiarization, etc. Development of training plans, instruction guides, lesson plans, learning objectives, training material, and technical documentation for audiences of various abilities and backgrounds Obtain information needed to prepare lesson plans, job aids, and test questions Design and develop course content Conduct training sessions to audiences of various abilities and backgrounds and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date
