We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Trainer to join our Technical Enablement team, a key part of our Revenue Enablement organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technical training on our products, features, and underlying technology. Your primary focus will be to equip a wide range of critical stakeholders, including Pre-Sales (Solution Engineering), Post-Sales (Customer Success Managers/Engineers, Customer Support, and Professional Services), and Partners, with the technical expertise needed to excel in their roles and drive customer success and revenue growth. The Technical Enablement team, part of Revenue Enablement, is dedicated to empowering Cloudflare's customer-facing and partner teams with the in-depth technical knowledge required to articulate value, solve complex challenges, and drive successful product adoption. Our mission is to build a technically proficient ecosystem across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and our Partner network. We achieve this by designing and delivering world-class technical training programs, creating impactful learning resources, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
