This position is responsible for the development of technical training material, delivering classroom training, managing ABC’s Learning Management System, troubleshooting, providing advice and guidance, analytical evaluations, reports, and information for internal and external customers, and answering Call Center calls to troubleshoot customers vehicle issues. The position requires up to 70% travel.
