Responsible for training Facilities Technicians to properly perform preventative maintenance and inspections on all aspects of the assigned trade and areas they maintain. Also responsible to identify, develop and facilitate operational and safety training as well as coordinating updates to these training modules in response to changes in procedures or requirements. Trains Facilities Technicians in the maintenance of facilities of Universal Orlando buildings and completing specific work orders in assigned area of responsibility; and Assisting Facilities management with the supervision and documentation of any contractor activity.
