About The Position

The HydraForce Technical Tester Rotational Program is designed to train and develop a qualified candidate into a Technical Tester role, after successful completion of the program. Using the programs curriculum which apply HydraForce Processes and Standards, coupled with a mentor to guide the individual through this program we believe this methodology will help strengthen hydraulic knowledge in manufacturing. The curriculum is a 62-week program where you will learn various test stands, and ways of testing all our products; Production, Application, Warranty, Calibration, Maintenance and Manufacturing Support.

Requirements

• Must be an active HydraForce employee in good standing at the time of application
• Demonstrated interest in technical testing, product validation, or engineering support
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply technical concepts
• Ability to follow test procedures, work instructions, and safety standards
• Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn: Hydraulic systems and components Test equipment, gauges, and measurement tools Data collection and documentation practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, or technical documentation (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and performance history in current role
• Supervisor endorsement or approval

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, or technical documentation (preferred)
