About The Position

The Technical Team Lead is a senior OMES III role for a technically credible leader who leads from the floor, not just from a desk. As the primary accountability point for I&T facility execution, the Lead ensures every task is properly assigned, resourced, and driven to completion in alignment with program requirements, safety standards, and customer expectations. This is not a purely managerial role the ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on I&T experience and has grown into leadership without leaving their technical roots behind. The position is located in Greenbelt MD.

  • Demonstrated prior experience in a formal or informal technical leadership role, including task assignment, team coordination, or direct supervision of engineers or technicians.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively interface with customers, program leadership, and cross-functional teams.
