About The Position

The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. You will provide technical expertise, recommendations, and briefings to senior leadership on your target(s) of interest. Success requires tenacity, initiative, creativity, and a collaborative mindset focused on mission execution. You are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA
• Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent
• 11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation
• 7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems
• 4+ cumulative years of experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports
• Demonstrated experience with technical targeting tools
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements

Nice To Haves

• 16+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation
• 7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems
• Area of Responsibility-specific knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with telecommunications topics of interest
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space
