About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to support full life cycle recruiting across multiple business units in North America with the focus on IT Managed Services and Corporate IT. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders to attract, engage, and hire high-performing talent that aligns with Konica Minolta’s culture and strategic growth goals. The successful incumbent will have solid knowledge of enterprise IT Services and the aptitude and desire to learn as technology develops, as well as strong relationship building and consultative partnering skills. This role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Ramsey, NJ and follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for challenging technology roles; experience supporting multiple business units strongly preferred.
  • Proven success recruiting simultaneously for a mix of corporate, technical, sales, and field-based positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to flourish in a team environment as well as independently
  • Growth mindset for continuous improvement and alignment with corporate values
  • Manage competing priorities and nuanced processes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience with an ATS (iCIMS a plus)

  • Experience with assessment tools a plus (Hogan, DISC, Predictive Index)

Responsibilities

  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of technology roles across Professional Services, Sales and Corporate IT including IT infrastructure engineering, network and server administration / configuration, cloud, AI, automation, solution architects, customer success, engineering leaders, and others.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Build and execute recruiting strategies to source, attract, and engage high-quality talent for both high-volume and specialized positions.
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes, prepare hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Lead offer development, negotiation, and closing while ensuring internal alignment and equity.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) team and across Human Resources (HR) on best practices and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Produce period reports and engage in TA and HR projects as required.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Use creative sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, employee referrals, internal talent, social media sourcing, and targeted outreach.
  • Proactively develop pipelines for hard-to-fill or frequently hired roles.
  • Leverage market intelligence to advise hiring leaders on talent trends, availability, and competitive insights.
  • Utilize assessment tools (Predictive Index)
  • Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Be a talent advisor to stakeholders and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview strategies, and candidate selection.
  • Influence decisions with data-driven insights and talent market expertise.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Brand: Deliver a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Konica Minolta’s values.
  • Represent and promote Konica Minolta’s employer brand across the candidate journey.
  • Participate in career fairs, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Champion TA process improvements, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical and professional standards in all interactions
