Role Summary We are seeking a part-time, temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to immediately support an accelerated hiring ramp for our expanding U.S. Federal contract business within the wireless telecommunications space. This role is ideal for an experienced, proactive, and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in mission‑driven, high‑urgency environments and knows the telecommunication industry. Scope of Engagement Type: Temporary, Part‑Time / Contract Hours: 20–25 hours per week Duration: Approximately 6 months Location: Preference for Nashua, NH (hybrid or local collaboration strongly preferred). Remote location is considered for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success operating as an independent technical recruiter with minimal direction
  • 6+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (software, hardware, systems engineering, wireless, and network engineering)
  • Proven ability to partner directly with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and pipeline management
  • Experience recruiting in government contracting environments, including DoW and/or IC programs
  • Hands-on experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances (active or clearance-eligible)
  • Strong recruiting judgment with the ability to anticipate hiring manager needs and reduce iteration cycles
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality and follow-through
  • Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with little day-to-day oversight

Nice To Haves

  • Background recruiting across both software and hardware engineering roles
  • Familiarity with wireless telecommunications and federal program lifecycles
  • Local to Nashua, NH, or able to work closely with New Hampshire-based teams

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for federal contract roles with urgency and accountability
  • Rapidly align with hiring managers on requirements and deliver qualified, well-matched candidates
  • Execute technical recruiting using efficient sourcing and disciplined pipeline management
  • Conduct recruiter screens that anticipate hiring manager preferences and drive strong interview-to-offer ratios
  • Engage and close cleared and clearance-eligible candidates through clear, compelling communication
  • Provide a professional, positive candidate experience aligned with our employer value proposition
  • Maintain healthy pipelines, identifying risks and adjusting approach in real time
