You’ll collaborate closely with customers to address technical questions, provide impactful product training, and solve challenges through structured, science‑based troubleshooting. Requirements

  • Completion of coursework in a science‑related discipline
  • Demonstrated prior laboratory experience
  • Ability to effectively engage in customer‑facing interactions and training
  • Familiarity with applicable quality and regulatory standards
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sample analyses using LFD and ELISA test kits in accordance with established procedures, package instructions, and defined study timelines.
  • Interpret analytical results, ensure accurate and complete data entry, and perform thorough data reviews.
  • Uphold all quality control requirements while supporting routine laboratory operations, including solution preparation, sample cleanup, equipment maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Deliver virtual and on‑site product training to customers, maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach (travel <10%).
  • Provide technical support by addressing product inquiries and resolving product‑related issues through structured troubleshooting.
  • Support customer validation studies (MARs) by preparing clear protocols, articulating scientific rationale, and producing detailed reports with well-defined, actionable conclusions.
