In this role, you will provide application, troubleshooting, and system configuration support to scientists and laboratory professionals using Thermo Scientific NanoDrop instruments via phone and email. You will also create and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and troubleshooting guides. While no two days are the same, responsibilities typically include approximately 80% technical support and 20% special projects , including marketing and application development support. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, confident communicating with other scientists, and comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
