If you love solving problems, staying active throughout the day, and being the go‑to expert people rely on, this role gives you the autonomy, variety, and impact you’re looking for. You won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be out in the field, troubleshooting real issues, supporting staff and students, and keeping essential technology running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of technical support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience with Windows environments
  • A+ Certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (travel between sites)

Nice To Haves

  • Windows 10 and help desk/deskside support experience
  • Experience in school or multi‑site environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Support end users with clear, friendly communication
  • Perform upgrades, repairs, and equipment processing
  • Document work and collaborate with IT teams across the region
